This mono socket can be mounted in the panel of your aircraft and connected to audio devices such as a CD player or MP3 player. Because the XCOM intercom is a mono system you will probably require the stereo adapter plug.
Designed for the XCOM VHF aircraft transceiver but equally suitable for any other radio or instrument with the same 2 1/4 inch mounting hole. Can also be used in the Marine or automotive environment.
Manufactured from 2 mm thick 304-2B grade stainless steel for strength and corrosive resistance. Two 6.5 mm holes are provided for conveniently mounting switches such as the intercom ON/OFF/Isolate and the backlight switch. Blanking plugs are factory fitted to maintain the appearance if the holes are not used.

XCOM Avionics has just released its own VSWR meter. This unit is made in the same factory which manufactures the Diamond SX 200 series and is built to the same exacting specifications. A VSWR meter is a must have item for every aircraft manufacturer or importer because it's possible to check the power output, the VSWR of the aerial and also the modulation. Each VSWR meter comes with extensive instructions on the equipment operation and a 50 ohm dummy load for testing radios.
